Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Life Cycle Specialist Lead to support their outreach programs and assist Life Cycle Managers in driving revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, maintaining CRM data, and providing mentorship to regional specialists.ResponsibilitiesExecute on outreach programs through various means, such as phone, email, digital tools, and social mediaSupport Life Cycle Managers (LCM) in identifying IB targets (based on BU provided data) to retain sockets and grow revenueSupport the Life Cycle Managers in improving the quality of the IB CRM dataBased on the guidance from Life Cycle Managers, forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up trade opportunitiesPrepare quotes for Upgrades and Purchasable Options and present the quotes to customersNavigate customers through sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and for after-market follow upWork closely with sales to elevate the perception of CMSU from vendor to consultative partnerAttend customer meetings and presentations as requiredProvide mentor support to the Regional Life Cycle SpecialistFamiliarizing oneself with sales tools and technologies utilized by the team, such as CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or sales enablement softwareCreating and maintaining sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, quotes, and sales reportsEnsuring accuracy and completeness of the documentation and organizing them for easy retrievalCollaborating with different internal departments, such as marketing, finance, or logistics, to ensure effective coordination and smooth workflowCommunicating relevant information or updates to the sales team and other stakeholders as requiredProviding guidance/training on tactical aspects of assignments, connecting them with appropriate resources, and navigating routine challenges in the execution of their workEntering and updating customer and sales-related data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other sales databasesUpdating customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as neededSkillsThe selected candidate will be required to live in any of the listed states: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, AlabamaExecute on outreach programs results in a rapidly growing environmentExcellent business and analytical skills required to oversee customer utilization data analysis and program developmentExcellent presentation/platform skills4 Year Bachelor's DegreeMin 1 to 4 years Experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry or equivalent educational background in lieu of experienceDallas or Houston, Texas
