[Remote] Licensed Under 65 Sales Representative

They are seeking an Under 65 Sales Representative to help customers aged 65 and under gain medical insurance coverage, utilizing insurance knowledge and sales skills to build long-term relationships and educate clients on insurance value. Responsibilities Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day Providing a positive customer experience Skills Must Hold Active Resident License in Both Life and Health HS Diploma or GED is required At least 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment Telephone and inside sales Selling to customer needs Self-starter with a strong work ethic Goal oriented, highly motivated, and results driven Ability to close leads and achieve results Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates ability to market and sell in multi-product environment where cross-selling and customer retention is essential Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening Ability to have success working Internet based leads Ability to multi-task, follow through and follow-up Motivated individual who works well independently Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Must hold an active General Lines L&H License and be appointed within your resident state Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement Benefits Competitive Base Salary in addition to the Under 65 Sales Representative Incentive Plan Incentive Plan available upon meeting sales goals On-the-job paid training All Leads Provided Full Benefits Company Overview Allstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
