As a Remote Licensed Therapist at Talkspace, you will have the opportunity to work with clients through our platform, which supports text, video, and audio messaging, as well as live sessions via video and audio. This role allows you to choose your time commitment and set a schedule that works best for you and your clients, providing flexibility in your work hours, including evenings and weekends. In this fully remote role, you will not have any overhead costs associated with private practice, such as insurance barriers or marketing budgets. Talkspace matches you with clients and checks their insurance eligibility, allowing you to focus on providing care. You will have access to resources including a Provider Help Center, a dedicated Provider Support Team, and a 24/7 crisis hotline for clients who need emergency assistance when you are unavailable. Additionally, you can earn free Continuing Education credits by attending Talkspace-provided Learning Communities supported by the NBCC and ASWB. Compensation is competitive, with reimbursement rates for live sessions being nearly double that of other platforms, and you can also earn monthly client engagement bonuses based on your clinical hours spent with clients on the platform.
Responsibilities
• Provide mental health therapy to clients through text, video, and audio messaging.

• Conduct live sessions via video and audio as needed.

• Respond to client messages at least 5 days a week.

Requirements
• An active, independent US state board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD in Clinical Psychology, etc.).

• Comfort treating adolescents (13-17), adults, and Medicare clients (preferred).
,
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
,
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
,
• Individual NPI number.
,
• Current residence in the USA.
