Responsibilities
ā¢ Graduate from PLACE Launch
ā¢ Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
ā¢ Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
ā¢ Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
ā¢ Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
ā¢ Conduct two open houses monthly
ā¢ Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
ā¢ Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
ā¢ Participate in team activities per team standards
ā¢ Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
ā¢ Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
ā¢ Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Skills
ā¢ Licensed real estate professional
ā¢ 3+ years' of real estate sales experience
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Learning based, growth-minded
ā¢ Organized
ā¢ Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
ā¢ Excellent time management skills
ā¢ Team player
