The role involves growing your business with high-quality seller appointments and unique client products, while receiving support and mentorship to thrive in the real estate market. Responsibilities
• Grow your business with high-quality seller appointments
• Access unique client products to help you close
• Participate in the Orchard Max program for scheduled appointments
• Utilize multiple revenue streams including revenue share incentives
• Increase competitive splits with performance
• Earn equity through Orchard stock options
• Receive monthly marketing support
• Access to private investors through Orchard’s Cash Offer Marketplace
• Utilize unique products like Orchard Move First and Orchard Concierge
• Access Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title for seamless transactions
• Receive hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Use proprietary pricing tools
• Coordinate transactions on every deal
• Engage with a strong agent community and culture
Skills
• An active and unrestricted Florida real estate license and are located in the greater Orlando area
• Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
• An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
