Prudent Pet Insurance is dedicated to providing excellent medical care for pets and is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent for their pet insurance division. The role involves selling pet insurance policies, educating clients about the benefits of coverage, and managing customer interactions to ensure a positive experience.ResponsibilitiesSell policies – Inside SalesHandle 100+ tasks daily, consisting of 70% outbound calls/texts and 30% inbound callsOvercome buying objections and ask for the sale from prospective customersParticipate in live chat function with customersManage and organize daily follow-up tasks with customersObtain customer feedback and communicate with management to drive changes to the website and our programUpsell products like preventive care endorsementsDiligent with accurate quoting/binding for underwriting purposesAsk for customer referrals and reviewsSkillsA resident P&C license is preferred but not required.
