Valid licensure in the state of Minnesota as one of the following:
LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Licensed Psychologist
Qualifications
Licensed as specified above in the state of Minnesota.
