Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist ( MD only) ( LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, MFT, LMSW, LMSW-C)

Job Overview Special Hands Outreach is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist with one to five years of experience to join our team as a full-time or part-time 1099 contractor or W-2. This is a completely remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while maintaining a manageable client caseload. • Employment Type: 1099 Contract (Full-time, Part-Time) • Workload Options: • Part-Time: 12-15 clients per week • Fulltime 30-35 clients per week • Location: Fully remote • Pay Rate: $60-65 per hour (flat rate) Independent License • Pay Rate: $50-55 per hour (flat rate) Needing Supervision • Flexibility: Set your schedule while meeting client needs • CEU's : Free Responsibilities: • Conduct client intakes and assessments via virtual platforms • Provide individual, family, and couples therapy • Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with other professionals and community resources • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field • Maryland Licensure or working towards licensure as a professional counselor (LCPC, LGPC, MFT, LMSW, LCMFT, LMSW-C ) • 1-5 years of experience in individual, family, and couples therapy • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology • Ability to work independently while providing high-quality, client-centered care Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
