We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Hawaii
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Location: Mililani, Hawaii
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or groups
ā¢ Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
ā¢ Document client progress in accordance with ethical and professional standards
ā¢ Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical teams as needed
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality and comply with Hawaii state licensing guidelines
Requirements
ā¢ Active LMHC license in the state of Hawaii
ā¢ Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
ā¢ Previous telehealth experience preferred
ā¢ Strong communication and organizational skills
ā¢ A deep passion for helping clients achieve emotional wellness
