[Remote] Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor- Remote

They are seeking a Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor to drive Medicare Sales through consultative selling, helping seniors choose the best Medicare plans suited to their needs. This role involves receiving inbound calls, assisting with customer issues, and meeting sales goals in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities Receives inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options in 20-50 states Assists with escalated customer issues Provides a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction Meets sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis Updates customer file in CRM with summary of interaction Maintains responsibility to act as a member of the management team to facilitate call center opening/closing procedures as needed for Aspire Carrier Team Makes outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns Recommends plans and enrolls prospects based on the customer's needs Quotes, presents, and closes sales while overcoming objections Follows up on “book of business” on a consistent basis by making outbound follow up calls to prospects Consult and educate seniors 65 years of age and older on the best Medicare Life and Health Plans that would best suit their needs.
