Responsibilities • Contact business owners and HR managers (B2B). • Conduct needs analyses, collect census data, and present quotes (prepared by our internal support team). • Use our CRM and auto dialer to manage your pipeline and follow-ups. • Close new group accounts and build recurring, residual income. • Experienced producers may advance into Sales Manager / DRLP roles overseeing specific territories or divisions.
