Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Location: Champlin, Minnesota
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide virtual therapy and clinical social work services to diverse clients
ā¢ Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
ā¢ Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
ā¢ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance client outcomes
Requirements
ā¢ Active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Minnesota
ā¢ Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
ā¢ Comfortable using telehealth platforms
ā¢ Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
