Requirements:
Active Life Insurance License: Licensed across at least 7 states.
Proven Sales Skills: Ability to close efficiently with excellent communication skills.
Integrity and Empathy: A customer-first mindset with a commitment to ethical practices.
Compensation
Pure commission-based earnings with tiered potential:
* New Agents: 3035% per sale (~$150$225).
Experienced Agents: After 200 sales, earn 45% + 2% renewals.
Top Performers: After 500 sales, earn 60% + 3% renewals.
Commissions include the first 9 months of premiums.
