Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-A) - 1099 Contractor
Position Overview
Restoring Waves is seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing remote team as a 1099 independent contractor. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build or expand your caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about client-centered care and committed to delivering ethical, culturally responsive services.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide virtual individual and couples therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
ā¢ Develop treatment plans
ā¢ Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
ā¢ Collaborate with other providers as needed
ā¢ Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
ā¢ Manage your schedule while meeting agreed-upon availability
Qualifications
ā¢ Active LCSW license (both fully licensed and associates are welcome)
ā¢ Master's Degree in Social work (MSW) from an accredited program
ā¢ Strong clinical documentation skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
ā¢ Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
ā¢ Experience providing telehealth services preferred
