[Remote] Licensed Client Service Administrator

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is seeking a Licensed Client Service Administrator to provide licensed administrative support to Cornerstone Financial Group. This role involves assisting Financial Advisors and clients with account inquiries, maintaining client information, and supporting daily operations of the practice.ResponsibilitiesEnter client information into various systemsPrepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetingsEnter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plansDeepen existing client relationships through processing of client requests, resolving client questions, and making sure client information and documentation are up to dateResearch and respond to client inquiriesFinalize and track all client account and application paperworkGather and maintain customer suitability informationAssist in generating performance reportsMaintain information in CRM (Salesforce) systemFill out necessary forms for opening and maintaining accountsHandle request for transfers of funds in and out of accountsIdentify and offer recommendations on how to optimize workflowsProviding support to Advisors during client meetingsOther responsibilities as assigned by the Lead AdvisorSkillsSecurities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or Life, Health, and Annuity registration requiredExtremely strong organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTechnical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learnAbility to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationDegree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferredDemonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferredBenefitsPTOSick payHolidaysSimple IRA with 3% matchCompany OverviewThrivent is a financial services organization that helps Christians be wise with money and live generously.
