[Remote] Liability (Personal Injury) Claims - Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote (Part-Time)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The IMA Group is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This remote role focuses on maintaining the highest standards in reviewing reports and addenda generated by their physician panel, ensuring accuracy and quality in documentation.ResponsibilitiesReview IME reports, file reviews, and other documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to formatting guidelinesAddress issues in referral letters and ensure all quality assurance expectations are exceededWork closely with physicians and clientsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing regular updates on report statusMonitor deadlines, including urgent client requests, to ensure timely report completion and releaseDeliver exceptional customer service by addressing client issues promptly and streamlining communication with all stakeholders involved in the IME and file review processSkillsAssociate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of related experience in liability claims management, quality assurance and/or legal backgroundMust have excellent attention to detail while working on tight turnaround timesKnowledge of CPLR 320 and 3121 and Uniformed Rules NYS Trial Courts 202.17Working knowledge of medical terminologyMust be proficient in Microsoft WordExperience with Microsoft Excel also desiredBachelor's degree preferredExperience with Microsoft Excel also desiredCompany OverviewThe IMA Group is a hospital & health care company specializing in corporate health and occupational medical services.
