[Remote] Legal Solutions Consultant- e-Discovery

The Legal Solutions Consultant will oversee e-Discovery projects, manage client relationships, and drive new business while ensuring project success through effective planning and execution.ResponsibilitiesAssist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings and/or phone conferences with clientsGuide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization, including for milestone reviews; meeting management and team managementDefine, measure, and report key performance indicators, including specific objectives per project to be evaluated upon completionBuild, manage, and execute detailed end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including: budget and resource control, scheduling and regular progress reporting into senior management and project team members company-wide across all departments, and ensuring timely completion of goals, and ensuring all information is appropriately documented and securedPerform risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis; identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, and challenge assumptionsManage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platformsSkillsStrong, senior level experience with RelativityRelationships with past and present clients who will bring in e-Discovery work - this is key!The ability and desire to bring in net new business - we will train you on the sales piece + provide resourcesBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionSTDLTDLife401kPaid Time Off7 HolidaysBonus incentivesUncapped Commissions - Legal Solutions Consultant at IST ManagementPending experience and performance during interview process, plus commissions and billed PM hoursCommission RateMonthly revenue exceeding 25K for given month is commissionable, with no cap.EDiscovery Processing and Hosting 6%Forensic Collections up to 10%Court Reporting (excluding shipping) 5%Managed Review 1% - 6%Nearline Hosting 1%PM Time Billed 1%Misc.
