The Legal Recruiter will handle all stages of the recruiting process for contract legal placements, focusing on document review and litigation support projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop understanding of current client hiring needs/project needs to meet expectationsBuild and update extensive candidate databaseConfirming licensure, extending offers and onboarding the staff for each projectLiason with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR, and other internal business partnersDevelop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidatesBuild, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clientsSkillsMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experienceStrong sense of urgencyExtremely organized and detailed orientedAdept at full-cycle project managementExcellent oral and written communicationAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKeen problem-solving methodologyCreative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectationsHighly proficient managing and maintaining data bases, learning new software and working with Outlook and ExcelExperience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plusCompany OverviewTransPerfect is a language services company offering multilingual translation and interpreting solutions to multinational businesses.
