They are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join their Legal Talent Team, responsible for sourcing and managing legal talent while collaborating with the sales team to meet client needs.ResponsibilitiesOwn a full-cycle staffing desk, continuously sourcing and engaging legal talent to build, maintain, and convert a strong candidate pipeline aligned to client hiring needsPrep proposal, with sales-driven project notes on lawyers, competitive pricing and any other pertinent information to be recordedCoordinate engagement letters, SOWs, W2, and onboarding issuesOwn the candidate experience on the Priori platformRegularly provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to improveWork with specific clients to understand their preferences and process to ensure clients get the best matches and have a seamless experienceConduct periodic audits of attorney user profiles to better engage valuable users and protect Marketplace qualityCollaborate with the product team to identify areas for streamlining our onboarding process, improving user experience, and increasing automationDevelop new and cultivate long term partnerships with Network membersSkills4+ years of experience in legal recruitment in a staffing agency settingClient-facing and/or agency recruitment experienceExperience working in a base-plus-commission compensation structureExperience working in a candidate ownership modelExperience in SaaS / tech start up or agency recruitmentBachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience + educationJ.D. preferredCompany OverviewPriori is the global legal marketplace for in-house teams.
