The Legal Operations Solutions Analyst will enhance the legal technology ecosystem, driving efficiency and providing data-driven insights to improve legal operations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Information Technology and Legal’s Technical Product Owner to maintain and coordinate legal technology platformsEvaluate and recommend improvements to our legal tech landscape for improved efficiency and scalabilityIntegrate technology-based solutions to optimize workflows, decision-making, and cost savingsCollaborate with the Director, Legal Operations and the Director, Contract Management on managing CLM toolsStreamline contract workflows to improve lifecycle management processesCoordinate the Legal SharePoint environment, ensuring accurate governance and document accessibilityManage the Legal Central Intake system alongside the Senior Legal Operations AnalystBuild and refine workflows for efficient triage and response to requestsDeliver data-driven insights to inform legal collaborators' decision-makingProvide quarterly reports on technology performance and operational benchmarksConduct regular check-ins with legal leaders to identify process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to align legal operations with business objectivesAssist in process optimization initiatives across the legal departmentSupport vendor management, budgeting, and other operational tasksSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or related rolesFamiliarity with CLM systems and other legal tech toolsStrong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)Excellent communication and collaborator management skillsExperience and interest in integrating AI solutions into legal processesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the EdTech industry or companies that emphasize digital toolsKnowledge of legal process automation and project management experienceCompany OverviewCengage, a global edtech company, supports learners, educators and institutions across more than 100 countries.
