[Remote] Legal Operations (Ironclad Contract Manager) - 20 hours/week

Legal.io is a leading social network tech company seeking a part-time Legal Operations Analyst / Contract Manager to support various internal legal initiatives. The role involves collaborating with the internal legal team to improve operational processes and supporting contract management systems like Ironclad. Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal legal team to establish and improve operational processes and playbooks • Support the implementation and optimization of contract management systems like Ironclad • Contribute to the development and integration of AI Intake systems, specifically Sandstone • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices Skills • Proven experience in legal operations or contract administration • Strong understanding of contract management tools, preferably Ironclad • Demonstrated ability to review and analyze contracts effectively • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration • Familiarity with AI-driven legal technologies, such as Sandstone Company Overview • Legal.io is the enterprise marketplace for legal talent and tools.
