[Remote] Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) - Overnight

They are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist who will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust and guiding them through the sign-up process.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
ā¢ Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria
ā¢ Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers
ā¢ Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information
ā¢ With your teammates, maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services
ā¢ Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
ā¢ Stay calm and focused under pressure
ā¢ Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
