Taylor Hopkinson, powered by Brunel, is a leading solar panel manufacturing company seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support in commercial contracting, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. The role involves reviewing agreements, advising on manufacturing and distribution issues, and coordinating with outside counsel on specialized matters.ResponsibilitiesReviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics contractsSupporting trade, tariff, and customs matters including AD CVD and related import compliance issuesAdvising on solar module manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution issuesSupporting domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit related certifications and compliance effortsHandling routine legal matters currently outsourced to outside counselCoordinating with outside counsel on specialized matters as neededAdvising on Intellectual Property mattersSkillsJuris Doctor and active U.S. bar admissionSolar manufacturing or energy supply chain experience is requiredPrior in-house experience preferredIntellectual Property experience is plus but not requiredPractical, efficient, and business orientedCompany OverviewYou'd be forgiven for thinking there's nothing normal about Taylor Hopkinson.
