[Remote] Legal Collections Associate

They are seeking a Legal Collections Associate to act as a liaison with debt collection agencies, manage delinquent accounts, and support recovery efforts through effective communication and data analysis.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between our company and external debt collection agenciesCollaborate with partner agencies to strategize and execute collection efforts on delinquent accountsProvide timely support and guidance to external partners to optimize recovery performanceCommunicate regularly via phone and email with agency representatives to resolve issues and coordinate case actionsDirectly engage with delinquent clients via phone and email to collect on past-due debts when necessaryNegotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations during client interactionsAnalyze collection data using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvementPrepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders regarding collection progress and performance metricsSkillsSubstantial experience in debt collections or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; ability to analyze and interpret data effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external partners and clientsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesFamiliarity with legal collections processes and terminologyExperience working with third-party collection agenciesKnowledge of compliance standards in debt collectionBenefitsExcellent benefitsCompany OverviewIWG: the world’s leading platform for work, revolutionising how and where people work IWG (International Workplace Group) is the global leader in hybrid and platform working.
