[Remote] Legal & Business Affairs Coordinator (Temporary)

The Legal & Business Affairs Coordinator will provide administrative and substantive support to the Legal and Business Affairs team, focusing on contract lifecycle management and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting a range of agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and amendmentsSupport client follow-up related to contract status, outstanding documentation, and execution timelinesMaintain and organize contract databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsMonitor contract status, key dates, renewal timelines, and compliance requirementsEnsure proper execution, filing, and version control of legal documents across systemsAssist in preparing and maintaining internal legal templates, playbooks, and standard languageSupport compliance-related documentation and updates to internal policies and proceduresCoordinate document execution processes, including collecting signatures and arranging notarization when requiredHelp ensure consistency and accuracy across legal documentation and workflowsServe as a liaison between Legal, business teams, and external stakeholders to support deal flow and communicationTrack deal terms and assist in compiling summaries of key commercial provisions and contract termsSupport the intake, triage, and prioritization of legal requests from internal business partnersAssist in maintaining workflows and processes within contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad, NetSuite, or similar tools)Provide administrative support to Corporate Counsel, including calendar management and meeting coordinationAssist with reporting, data entry, and documentation of processes and proceduresSupport special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives within the Legal functionContribute to improving efficiency and organization of legal and business affairs processesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferredRelevant experience in legal, business affairs, operations, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and organize information effectivelyHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential informationAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management toolsDemonstrated interest in legal processes, contract management, and business operationsBenefitsCCS offers competitive benefitsA dynamic training programResourcesCareer advancementMentoringNetworking opportunitiesCompany OverviewCCS Fundraising provides interim development management and assessments services.
