[Remote] Legal Analyst

As a legal analyst, you will support legal operations by managing contract reviews and ensuring legal compliance across the business.ResponsibilitiesReviewing, redlining, and helping negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and other sales and vendor contractsServing as the first line of legal review for internal stakeholders across sales, customer success, and operationsActing as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel and helping manage outsourced legal workstreamsStaying up to date on relevant SaaS, privacy, and commercial law developments and helping us stay compliantDeveloping and maintaining templates, playbooks, and contract tracking systemsDoing whatever it takes to help Clozd operate efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with legal best practicesSkillsBA/BS degree requiredCurrently pursuing JD at tier-1 university (Utah, BYU)Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environmentExceptional attention to detail and writing skillsStrong judgment and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsPassionate about streamlining legal processes and scaling legal support as the company growsPart-time (15-30 hours per week)Cultural alignment with Clozd's core values of vision, drive, empathy, stewardship, authenticity, and integrityCompany OverviewClozd provides technology and services for capturing feedback at key touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
