[Remote] Lease Administrator

They are seeking a Lease Administrator responsible for managing lease agreements and supporting the Real Estate, Legal, and Facilities teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), including requesting, tracking compliance, and distributing documentation to landlords and internal teamsMaintain accurate lease, property, and contact data within the lease administration systemMonitor and respond to inquiries received through the Real Estate inbox in a timely mannerCoordinate utility account setups, transfers, and disconnections; liaise with vendors, landlords, and internal teams to resolve service-related issuesAdminister lease agreements, including abstraction and entry of financial and contractual data for new leases, renewals, and assignmentsTrack and monitor critical lease dates, deadlines, and financial obligationsUpload, organize, and maintain lease documentation and records to ensure completeness and accuracyProcess landlord reimbursements and maintain appropriate supporting documentationPrepare vacate notices and complete required tenant and landlord documentationMaintain organized records and support overall lease administration processes and continuous improvement effortsSkills1–2 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, property management, or a related fieldBasic understanding of commercial lease terms and concepts (e.g., rent, CAM, lease dates, renewals)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, landlords, and vendorsDemonstrated willingness to learn and grow within a real estate or lease administration functionAbility to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional teamBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company matchCompany OverviewAttain Finance offers consumer credit lending and personal loan services through multiple brands in the U.S. and Canada.
