They are seeking a Learning Management System Administrator for Agilix Buzz, responsible for the day-to-day administration of the LMS and acting as the strategic leader for the platform. This role involves ensuring seamless system functionality, user access, data accuracy, and integration with related platforms while providing technical troubleshooting and user support.ResponsibilitiesServe all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationshipsParticipate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitudeAdminister and serve as the internal subject matter expert to improve system solutions for our learning management system (LMS), Agilix BuzzLead large-scale LMS projects, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, or feature rolloutsRegularly perform routine system administrator functions, including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, domain permissions, and customizationsAct as a thought partner for integrations with student information systems (SIS), content providers, and other third-party tools while assessing feasibility, documenting requirements, and managing implementationCreate and distribute analytics, reports, and dashboards for user departmentsCollaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and academic leaders to align system setup with instructional goalsConfigure templates, courses, gradebooks, categories, weighting, and work settings as neededIdentify system problems, develop fixes, ensure complete quality assurance testing, and implement solutionsDocument and maintain process maps, data flows, and integration logic across the LMS and all connected platforms while ensuring institutional knowledge is captured, versioned, and accessibleTroubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner, providing hands-on support to staff and ensuring minimal disruption to instruction and operationsServe as product liaison with other vendors and ensure continued systems operations through partner update lifecyclesCollect and prioritize user feedback, address questions, document enhancement requests, and collaborate internally and externally to plan and implement system improvements aligned with organizational goalsDocument and train staff on system best practices and processesRecommend enhancements and configurations as the staff expert, and stay current on Agilix Buzz updates, features, and best practicesOwn the knowledge base for the LMS ecosystem, including user-facing documentation, training materials, and internal system guides; andAll other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in IT, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of two (2) years of experience administering Agilix Buzz Learning Management System; experience administering similar learning management systems may be considered in lieu of Agilix BuzzExcellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical usersWorking knowledge of what constitutes personally identifiable information (PII) and how to prevent incidental or unauthorized disclosureStrong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and AsanaPrivate, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internetAbility to pass required background checksPrior experience in a role as a Business Analyst or Systems AnalystBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision employee coverage for as little as $1 each per monthPersonal paid time off in addition to major holidaysShort-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and AD&D insurance are all 100% paid by the employer401(k) with employer contributing a dollar-for-dollar match of employee contributions up to 6% of employee earningsCompany OverviewThe Learning Network is a family of companies dedicated to providing best-in-class solutions in eLearning software, course development and strategic solutions.
