They are seeking a Learning Content & Digital Training Specialist to design and develop digital learning content, ensuring it is engaging and effective for a diverse workforce. The role involves collaboration with various teams to support training initiatives and continuous improvement of learning materials.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop digital learning content using tools such as Synthesia, Articulate Rise 360, and other e-learning platformsCreate onboarding modules, role-based curricula, microlearning assets, and refresher trainingApply adult learning principles to ensure content is clear, engaging, and actionable for a diverse workforceTranslate clinical, quality, and operational standards into learner-friendly content and step-by-step guidancePartner with subject matter experts to gather inputs and ensure accuracy and relevanceMaintain consistent structure, tone, and visual standards across all learning materialsUpdate and maintain learning content to reflect changes in policies, workflows, clinical standards, or regulatory requirementsSupport version control, documentation, and organization within learning systemsIncorporate learner feedback and performance data to improve clarity, usability, and effectivenessProduce video-based learning assets using Synthesia and similar toolsIncorporate visuals, scenarios, and examples to enhance engagement and retentionSupport basic graphic design and layout needs to elevate learning qualityCollaborate with Quality, Operations, Sales, People and other Corporate teams to support training initiatives and new program launchesSupport pilots, rollouts, and updates by ensuring content is completed accurately and on timeContribute to the continuous evolution of TheKey’s learning standards and content librarySkillsAssociate's degree required; degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred3-6 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or digital content creationStrong written and visual communication skills with an eye for clarity and designExperience translating complex information into simple, practical learning contentComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to travel approximately up to 10% of the timeAbility to lift and carry up to 15-20 poundsAbility to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work dayAbility to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etcHands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Synthesia, or similar digital learning toolsExperience in healthcare, home care, or other regulated environments preferred but not requiredBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceTouchCare VirtualCareLife InsuranceHealth Savings AccountFlexible Spending Account401(k) MatchingEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Plan for Non-Exempt EmployeesFlexible PTO Plan for Exempt EmployeesHolidays and Floating HolidaysPet InsuranceCompany OverviewTheKey is a home healthcare service provider company.
