The Lead/Principal Data Analyst will provide advanced analytical support for clinical initiatives, driving the analytical lifecycle and delivering critical insights to inform strategic decisions.ResponsibilitiesExecute and impact the direction of analytical strategy for clinical functional areas, resolving complex problems independently and contributing across business lanesServe as the primary analytical support for multiple clinical initiatives. Translate business questions into rigorous study designs using advanced epidemiologic and biostatistical methodsUtilize multiple computational languages (e.g., SQL, R) to obtain, manage, and analyze clinical data. Develop advanced statistical and epidemiologic models to answer increasingly complex clinical questionsInfluence executive leaders by presenting complex findings in a simplified, actionable manner. Drive management processes to meaningful results by socializing findings across cross-functional teamsGuide and advise analysts across the CA&R team, overseeing analysis plans, code reviews, and results to ensure technical excellence.
