[Remote] Lead Wireless Product Manager

The company is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Wireless Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of its next-generation wireless portfolio, including MVNO cellular services, Fixed Wireless Access, and Managed Wi-Fi solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine the vision, product lifecycle, and multi-year roadmap for our combined wireless portfolio (MVNO Mobile, FWA, and Managed Wi-Fi), ensuring a cohesive wireless strategyOwn the strategic engagement and product integrations with our underlying MNNO partner to develop mobile plans, eSIM capabilities, and related operational capabilitiesDrive the expansion of our FWA solutions, including deployment strategy for our Webpass portfolioOversee the lifecycle of our Managed Wi-Fi solutions and expand to new business segmentsPartner with Engineering, Operations, and vendors to ensure flawless product delivery, seamless zero-touch provisioning, and robust support modelsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a similar field, or relevant practical experience10 years of Product Management experience within the Telecommunications, Managed Service Provider, or Wireless/Cellular industriesProven experience with MVNO operational frameworks (OSS/BSS integrations, SIM/eSIM management, data billing architectures)Understanding of 5G network capabilities, including millimeter wave (mmWave) and CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) configMBA or similar advanced degreeFamiliarity with Managed Wi-Fi solutions, including WLAN deployment architectures and IEEE standardsUnderstanding of cellular traffic prioritization frameworks, including Quality of Service (QoS) configurations, network slicing capabilities, and data-throttling policiesExceptional communication skillsBenefitsBonusBenefitsCompany OverviewAt GFiber and GFiber Webpass, we use the latest technology, including fiber optic and millimeter wave, to deliver the very best internet to our customers.
