ChabezTech LLC is seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow ITSM Business Process Consultant with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and AI capabilities. The consultant will lead workshops, provide strategic advisory support, and help organizations maximize value from ServiceNow's AI-enabled functionalities.ResponsibilitiesLead customer workshops focused on ITSM transformation, process optimization, and AI-enabled workflowsFacilitate discovery sessions and gather business, functional, and process requirementsAdvise clients on ServiceNow best practices, governance, and operating modelsDrive adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist and related AI capabilitiesCreate and document user stories, process flows, requirements, and solution recommendationsCollaborate with Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and client stakeholdersConduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with ServiceNow standardsSupport backlog creation, prioritization, and roadmap developmentProvide strategic guidance throughout implementation and deployment activitiesParticipate in stakeholder presentations, solution reviews, and executive discussionsSkillsActive ServiceNow certification (required)7+ years of ServiceNow consulting experienceStrong expertise in ServiceNow ITSMHands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and AI/GenAI capabilitiesProven experience leading client workshops and discovery sessionsStrong requirements gathering and user story documentation skillsExperience serving as a Business Process Consultant, Process Consultant, or Lead Functional ConsultantExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with ServiceNow Professional Services or large enterprise ServiceNow implementations preferredCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSMCertified System Administrator (CSA)Additional ServiceNow certificationsExperience with ITIL processes and service management transformation initiativesExperience advising enterprise clients on AI adoption strategiesCompany OverviewChabezTech a Data engineering and AI products company.
