The role involves partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead business-facing workstreams supporting enterprise application initiativesGather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirementsAnalyze and improve workflows, approvals, forms, portals, notifications, dashboards, and process automation opportunitiesPartner with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and aligned with broader platform strategiesSupport business process optimization initiatives across multiple operational functionsCoordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and validation activitiesDevelop and maintain process documentation, requirements artifacts, test scripts, decision logs, and operational proceduresIdentify project risks, process gaps, dependencies, and readiness concernsFacilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessionsSupport business readiness, adoption planning, training coordination, and deployment activitiesAct as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution deliverySkillsExperience serving as a Senior Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or Enterprise Applications Analyst in a complex environmentExperience supporting enterprise workflow, service management, or business process automation platformsStrong understanding of business process design, workflow management, approvals, intake processes, and operational workflowsExposure to ERP, HCM, CRM, procurement, contract management, or similar enterprise systemsAbility to lead stakeholder meetings, drive decisions, and manage action items independentlyExperience translating business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, user stories, and testable requirementsStrong SIT, UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, and business readiness experienceExcellent communication, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience working within regulated industriesExposure to employee experience platforms, self-service portals, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiativesExperience supporting AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, enterprise search, or conversational technologiesBusiness Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Service Management, or platform-specific certificationsExperience supporting integrations across multiple enterprise platformsCompany OverviewMadison-Davis is a staffing and recruiting company offering financial services.
