The Lead, Sales Operations will optimize sales processes and implement strategies to align sales initiatives with the company's growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including sales planning, forecasting, and POS attainmentDrive improvement to forecasting process to accurately and more efficiently predict future revenue and resource requirementsDrive accuracy of the sales forecast throughSupport Information / Technology service partners in the selection, implementation, and management of sales technology solutions, such as sales forecasting tools, sales analytics tools, and sales automation software, to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiencyDrive the adoption, change management, and use of new tools across the sales organizationSales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
