[Remote] Lead Retail Experiential Graphics Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Lead Designer to support a large sports lifestyle retail brand in Beaverton, Oregon area. You will be part of the North America Seasonless Retail Brand Design team who is the steward of retail innovation, delivering graphic design concepts for retail stores across the US and Canada. Responsibilities • Partner with Architects and Store Designers to lead lead long-term vision, strategic and tactical direction, and design continuity. • Ideate and concept the 2D assets within a retail space utilizing graphic design best practices and variation visual centers and previous retail store graphics. • Develop and present your ideas using Miro or Keynote that effectively communicate design concepts to all levels of leadership and partners. • Collaborate with producers, design counterparts, internal partners (Brand, Retail Brand, Brand Design, Digital, etc.) and external partners to ensure the feasibility of designs and functional needs are met. • Actively gain knowledge and contribute to the development of the brand's standards, design ethos, products, and processes. • Understand design processes to ensure results, timelines, and budgets are met. Skills • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive, technically sophisticated graphic AND environmental/ experiential/ spatial design experience • Expertise across various design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, and Rhino. • Senior experience in concepting with the creative freedom to ideate various design concepts utilizing design best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present new concepts and designs to small and large groups utilizing Figma, Miro or Keynote, including presenting to executive leaders and external partners. • Proven ability to guide external agency teams, lead design intent, and provide feedback across a mix of complex projects. • Strategic thinking and adept at connecting the dots across multiple approaches and outputs. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a highly developed ability to cultivate relationships in an open, positive, and inclusive environment. • Strategic thinking and adept at connecting the dots across multiple approaches and outputs.
