They are seeking a Lead Renewal Sales Operations Analyst to support the retention of key accounts and drive operational discipline in renewals management and forecasting processes.ResponsibilitiesPlan & build operational dashboards to support measuring the global renewals business performanceCollaborate and liaise with our Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics counterparts to structure and manage a single source of truth for renewals dataDocument data and metrics definitions for key terms related to renewals in a centralized locationStrategize and communicate business requirements to automate renewals forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilitiesBuild scalable forecasting models and drive action with key stakeholders based on business insightsEnable field sales and renewal sales operations business partners on leveraging renewals dashboards to execute to outcomesEducate business users on renewals data nuances and develop their ability to identify at-risk renewals and inspect progress on risk mitigation strategiesProvide business insights to sales leadership on renewals business performance against key metricsDrive churn and contraction ARR trends analysis and business insightsLead analysis of quarterly churn and contraction ARR business drivers and insights with cross-functional leadership forumIdentify opportunities to continuously improve systems, process, and data to eliminate gaps in performance insight, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficienciesSkills8+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst rolesExperience with Annual Recurring Revenue & SaaS business modelExperience reporting ARR metrics such as renewal rate, churn and net retentionPossess keen business insight with the ability to handle, analyze and track recurring revenue dataExperience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting as well as knowledge of data management and analytics solutions such as Tableau and SQL. Proficient in ExcelStrong understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and forecasting methodologiesAbility to analyze big data and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracyKnowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
