You understand the difference between designing a feature and designing a frameworkExceptional UI & Visual Design Skills: Your portfolio demonstrates a mastery of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy. You care deeply about 'fit and finish' and pixel perfectionComplexity Wrangling: You are not intimidated by technical complexity. You can take a messy requirements document regarding permissions or enterprise billing and turn it into a clean, logical UIComponent-Based Thinking: You are an expert in Figma. You don't just draw screens; you build scalable components using auto-layout, variables, and variants that other designers can easily consumeStrategic Communication: As a Lead, you can articulate the 'why' behind your design decisions.
