[Remote] Lead Implementation Consultant, ERP (Apparel)

This role involves leading ERP implementations for clients in the apparel and textile industries, ensuring alignment of the Exenta ERP system with industry-specific processes and managing complex customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation Leadership – Lead full lifecycle implementations of Exenta ERP, including discovery, requirements definition, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for apparel and textile customersClient Advisory and Engagement – Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilitiesProject Delivery and Execution – Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on schedule while managing multiple engagements simultaneouslyIndustry Process Alignment – Apply deep knowledge of apparel and textile operations, including production, supply chain, and inventory management, to drive effective system configurations and outcomesIncident Resolution and Escalation – Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and ensuring timely and effective resolutionCross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product Management and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback, identify trends, and drive enhancements to Exenta ERPKnowledge Sharing and Mentorship – Mentor junior consultants, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and promote best practices across the Professional Services organizationCustomer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing expectations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout engagementsSkills7+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with a strong track record of leading full lifecycle projectsDemonstrated experience working with ERP solutions in the apparel and/or textile industry (Apparel Saas/ERP strongly preferred)Proven ability to lead client engagements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business requirements into system configurationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levelsExperience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentAbility to work independently while also mentoring and guiding team membersBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay and robust benefit plansOpportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, flexible and casual environmentAn outstanding opportunity for career development and growthCompany OverviewAptean provides enterprise software solutions to the process manufacturing, distribution, and financial services industries.
