They are seeking a Lead Enterprise Analyst to manage complex projects and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards.ResponsibilitiesLead project Concept phases to define product vision, scope, and high-level requirementsElicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements using industry-standard methodologies including interviews, workshops, use cases, and process modelingEnsure all requirement statements are complete, consistent, traceable, and conform to established standardsFacilitate requirements analysis, peer reviews, and verification processes across large, complex programsManage requirements traceability using commercial requirements management tools throughout project lifecyclesCoach and mentor Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts on requirements gathering methodology and best practicesLead communication across project teams, PMO, and business units to ensure alignment of expectationsDrive continuous improvement of team processes, methodologies, and toolsManage change control processes and navigate cross-functional impacts of business decisionsDeliver comprehensive, high-quality requirements documentation that drives successful project outcomesBuild strong partnerships across business and IT teams, fostering collaboration and shared understandingElevate the capabilities of the enterprise analysis team through effective mentorship and knowledge sharingContribute to enterprise-wide process improvements that advance organizational goalsEnsure seamless integration of complex systems while maintaining focus on end-user needs and business valueSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience plus 7+ years of progressively responsible business analysis experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business modelingProficiency with enterprise business process models, iterative development lifecycles, requirements management tools, and structured analysis methodologiesProven ability to lead projects and programs, facilitate large groups, and mentor team membersStrong ability to discover true requirements underlying feature requests and align them with business and technical approachesOutstanding written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills with experience facilitating discussions between senior management and technical teamsExperience with large-scale systems integration, complex business modeling, root cause analysis, and conflict managementAbility to thrive in complex environments, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across organizational boundariesExperience in insurance, healthcare, and/or financial services industries preferredGeneral knowledge of healthcare business processes and systems is a plusBenefitsPaid time off when you are sickComprehensive health insuranceVoluntary benefitsCompany Overview52 Limited is a resource company connecting creative and technology talent with leading brands, marketing departments.
