[Remote] Lead Director, Product Growth Enablement

This role focuses on accelerating product growth by providing enablement and client-facing support, ensuring effective execution of product strategies and alignment across departments.ResponsibilitiesPartner with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolioLead small team (1-2 direct reports) of junior level product growth enablement roles in pursuit of overall product growth strategyHelp identify and support growth opportunities across target segmentsLead product launches, pilots, enhancements and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts, working across stakeholders to ensure new and evolving offerings are operationally feasible, scalable and launch-readyProvide hands-on support for strategic client engagements and complex deals, including representing the product at finalist meetings and other client forumsPartner with product owner(s), sales and marketing to develop client-specific product narratives and value propositionsIdentify gaps, risks and dependencies early, enabling proactive solutions that protect growth timelines and product credibilityDevelop and maintain product-specific enablement collateral such as product playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks and use case documentationPartner with Analytics to lead development of case studies and overall integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into collateral that enables data-driven storytellingLead development of product-specific sales training for new products and features, and coordinate with sales enablement team to ensure timely deliveryManage client-facing materials and updates; translate product roadmaps into client-ready messaging and materialsGather and synthesize client and field feedback to inform product improvementsImplement organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field and in accordance with accreditation standards, when applicableDevelop methodology to evaluate market conditions and adapt business models to meet emerging market needsContribute to top-level decision making of market pricing strategies to optimize sales, member retention, and earningsDesign the allocation of resources, including staffing ratios, to support key performance metricsControl negotiations with clients in complex financial situationsDetermine improvement opportunities for sales management processes and systemsSkills10 + years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare or PBM10 + years of experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills10 + years of experience in business intelligence and growth10 + years of experience problem solving, influence and decision-making skills5 + years of experience managing multiple stakeholders (direct or indirect) with collaboration and teamwork with growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skillsAbility to travel ~25% of time to support finalist meetings and other high-priority meetingsBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualificationBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This position also includes an award target in the companyβs equity award program.Medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time offRetirement savings optionsWellness programsOther resources, based on eligibilityCompany OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
