[Remote] Lead Director, Digital Content Studio & Story Hub

The Lead Director will build and manage this new capability, overseeing digital content creation and ensuring high-quality, impactful storytelling across enterprise channels.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead CVS Healthâs new Digital Content Studio, defining vision, structure, workflows, and longâterm capability growthManage and mentor a Creative Lead (motion graphics/design) and a Senior Producer overseeing production cycles and asset deliveryOversee the creation of digital content, including video, motion graphics, design, and written assets, for CVSHealth.com, enterprise social channels, and other owned or emerging distribution platformsDevelop scalable production processes for intake, prioritization, creative development, and deliveryEnsure all content aligns with brand, accessibility, and performance standardsBuild and lead the Story Hub as an editorial and insights capability within the Digital Content StudioCreate the systems and governance for story intake, evaluation, prioritization, and lifecycle managementSource highâvalue stories from across the enterprise and shape them into narrativeâready material for content developmentMaintain a centralized database of stories, insights, and raw materials that fuel digital content creationEnsure seamless collaboration between the Story Hub and creative/production teams to accelerate content developmentServe as the primary partner to channel owners overseeing CVSHealth.com, enterprise social media, and additional enterprise distribution channelsTranslate channel and campaign needs into editorial pipelines, content plans, and creative briefsBuild strong relationships with business units across the enterprise to source stories, gather insights, and support content needsProvide strategic counsel on storytelling, creative execution, and crossâchannel activationEstablish governance frameworks covering content review, approvals, workflows, storage, and usageBuild playbooks, templates, and documentation for consistent content development and enterprise storytellingDrive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support scalabilityImplement tracking systems for editorial status, production workflows, and asset deliveryDevelop and enable a network of 'story champions' across the organization to support ongoing story sourcingPartner with business units to embed storytelling practices and increase participation in Studio processesPromote a shared responsibility model where teams across the enterprise contribute stories and insights that support content creationEstablish key performance indicators for Story Hub and Studio operations, including story pipeline growth, production velocity, content performance, and crossâteam collaborationReport insights and trends to leadership and channel partnersUse data to optimize editorial strategy, production operations, and content effectivenessSkills10+ years of experience in content development/strategy, creative operations and production, digital communications, or editorial leadershipExperience building, formalizing, or scaling creative or content capabilities, including process and workflow designStrong background managing creative and production teams, including video, design, and multimedia workDemonstrated ability to partner with digital channel owners and translate strategy into content plansProven experience managing and developing creative and production talentStrong stakeholderâmanagement, relationshipâbuilding, and organizational skillsFamiliarity and fluency with the U.S. health care landscape, including pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, and/or health insurance sectorsExperience launching editorial platforms, content hubs, or centralized content operationsExperience working in a large, complex, or regulated enterpriseFamiliarity with content management systems, digital asset workflows, or customer insights platformsBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This position also includes an award target in the companyâs equity award program.This fullâtime position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial wellâbeing of colleagues and their families.The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility.Company OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
