[Remote] Lead Digital Product Manager (Sr. Manager)

As a Lead Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you will drive multiple products across a platform, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals while leading and coaching a team of Digital Product Managers.ResponsibilitiesManage the strategic direction of your product family (multiple products) ensuring continuous alignment to the highest priority outcomes; including vision and strategy for suite of digital products, developing & managing a strategic roadmapConduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital productsCreate appropriate forum for roadmap alignment and planning in support of strategic initiatives across product portfolio and product management teamWork with the Digital Product teams to optimize team ceremonies and practices to drive maturity including write & groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlogDefine product performance metrics & monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisionsCommunicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring appropriate prioritization and coordination of the workEngage in strategic vendor management where necessary ensuring interactive partnership with both our external vendors and internal sourcing leadersForecast ongoing total cost of ownership of your products, manage budgets including vendor contract management, hardware costs, labor costs, etc. ensuring operation effectiveness; develops strategies and adjust courses of actionGather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the productDrive maturity in our product management practices, influence engineering, platform consultant and architecture leadership within your product domain and across ACEGrow & mature Digital Product Management practitioner skills with your team by modeling the skills & behaviors we expect within our DPM trade as well as fostering the growth of individuals on your teamSkills10+ years of product management experience, 2+ year's coaching and leading teamsExperience with Agile methodologies and product management toolingTechnical Skills: Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketingAnalytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisionsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teamsProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutionsExperience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions is an assetProduct experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service is nice to haveBenefitsFlexible Work Arrangements.Employee discounts (15% on auto and property insurance, plus many other products and services).Good Office program (receive up to $400 back after
