[Remote] Lead Acumatica Consultant

They are seeking a Lead Acumatica Consultant to provide functional leadership across multiple implementation projects, leveraging deep financial and manufacturing expertise to guide teams and engage with executive stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOversee and provide functional leadership across 5–6 concurrent Acumatica implementation projects, working with consultant teams responsible for day-to-day executionServe as the primary escalation point for complex functional and client issues — de-escalating with C-suite stakeholders when needed and driving issues to resolutionLead requirements gathering and solution design on complex engagements, with particular depth in finance and accounting processesGuide consultants through configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities — ensuring quality and consistency across workstreamsReview and validate deliverables against Statements of Work, BPR documentation, and company implementation methodologyPartner with Project Managers to monitor scope, flag risks early, and keep engagements on trackMentor and support less experienced consultants, contributing to the team's technical growth and professional developmentIdentify process improvement opportunities within the practice and contribute to methodology, templates, and best-practice documentationMaintain and expand Acumatica certifications and cross-module knowledge, with a focus on complex, multi-workstream implementationsParticipate in pre-sales conversations and scoping discussions where deep functional expertise is requiredSkills5+ years of hands-on Acumatica implementation experience in a consulting or functional ERP role — true project experience, not power user or internal use onlyDemonstrated ability to manage complexity: multi-workstream projects, competing priorities, and senior client relationships simultaneouslyStrong finance and accounting background — able to lead financial process mapping, configuration, and solution design with confidence across complex, multi-entity environmentsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or similarly complex operational environments — understanding how financial processes intersect with production, inventory, and supply chainExecutive presence and exceptional interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with CFOs, controllers, and operations leaders, including in high-pressure or escalation scenariosExperience mentoring or providing functional guidance to other consultants on a project teamStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving outcomes independentlyWillingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and CanadaBackground in manufacturing, distribution, or similarly complex operational environmentsBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Acumatica certifications across multiple modules; demonstrated project experience is weighted more heavily than badge countExperience with construction or project-based accounting environmentsBenefitsFull-time remote roleCompany OverviewPine Services Group supports top software partners and ISVs internationally by preserving the original brand.
