Remote LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) – Outpatient Telehealth | California Location: Roseville, California Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits We are a telehealth-based mental health practice serving diverse communities across California. We are seeking experienced LCSWs to join our growing team to provide remote, outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families. This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care in a flexible, fully remote setting. What You’ll Do: Provide psychotherapy via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Create individualized treatment plans and manage care independently Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed Optional: participate in peer consultation groups or continuing education A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Passionate about accessible mental health care, equity, and client empowerment Skilled in trauma-informed modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, somatic practices, etc.) Experienced or open to working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, youth, and families Organized, communicative, and able to manage clinical caseloads while maintaining strong boundaries and compassion Clinicians enjoy professional independence within a structured, supportive team Flexible caseload – build your ideal client load and schedule Autonomy + support – full clinical independence with access to consults and supervision (if desired) Competitive compensation – per-session or salaried options available Admin and tech support – we handle scheduling, billing, and insurance so you can focus on care HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform Professional development – optional CEUs, training stipends, and case consultation A values-based team culture that prioritizes clinical excellence, compassion, and community Let’s build a better model of mental health care—together.
