Role Overview
Recovery-Plus Family & Youth Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential mental health services to children and families within a school-based setting. Your expertise will help foster emotional well-being and resilience among youth in our community.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
ā¢ Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to students and their families.
ā¢ Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the mental health needs of students.
ā¢ Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
ā¢ Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Current LCSW license in California.
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a school or youth-focused setting.
ā¢ Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
