[Remote] Land Development Engineering Project Manager P.E.

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AQRA International is seeking an experienced and driven Land Development Project Manager to join their clients' teams. The role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of sustainable water solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of Site/Civil/ Land Development infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completionDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholdersOversee the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reportsEnsure all projects comply with Florida Permitting and industry standardsMonitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budgetIdentify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project deliveryManage client relationships and provide regular updates on project statusAssist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetingsSkillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferredMinimum of 4 years of experience managing Land Development/ Site Civil Projects or infrastructure projectsProven experience managing multi-million-dollar projectsStrong knowledge of Land Development, Site/ Civil processes, design and permittingExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersExperience in design-build or alternative project delivery methodsFamiliarity with environmental permitting processesBusiness development or client relationship management experienceBenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Company OverviewAQRA International was formed to connect the strongest talent with the best positions in the Infrastructure and Engineering markets.
