Remote Labor and Employment Attorney
A nationally ranked AmLaw 200 firm known for their collaborative culture, cutting-edge legal work, and commitment to excellence is looking for a Remote Labor and Employment attorney to join their growing team.
Remote Labor and Employment Responsibilities:
⢠Represent employers in federal and state court litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
⢠Advise clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including compliance, internal investigations, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.
⢠Handle matters before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB.
⢠Draft and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to thought leadership through client alerts and webinars.
Remote Labor and Employment Qualifications:
⢠J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (multi-jurisdictional admission a plus).
⢠5+ years of labor & employment experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
⢠Strong litigation and counseling skills with a client-first mindset.
⢠Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
⢠Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to a national team.
