REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney

Role: Labor and Employment Attorney Location: Fully remote in California About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney to join a growing team handling complex employment litigation matters. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in California, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact cases protecting workers’ rights. Key Responsibilities: • Represent employees in labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment cases. • Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial. • Advocate for clients in mediations, hearings, and negotiations. • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar. • Minimum 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred). • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
