Remote Labor and Employment Attorney

REMOTE Labor and Employment Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of employment litigation, from case intake to resolution • Respond to administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, including drafting position statements and related submissions. • Conduct early case evaluations and provide strategic recommendations to clients. • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements as needed. • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient case management. REMOTE Labor and Employment Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years of employment law experience, including litigation and administrative charge defense. • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws. • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. • Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team.
