[Remote] Knowledge Management Analyst III

They are seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst III to drive employee adoption and engagement through effective management of knowledge assets and support business growth initiatives. The role involves developing resources, coordinating training programs, and facilitating communications to enhance organizational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesSupport development and maintenance of knowledge-sharing resources and Growth contentAssist with development of processes, guidance, and documentation supporting Growth initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through knowledge sharing and employee enablement. Promote best practices that improve information accessibility and collaborationManage the coordination and execution of Growth training programs. Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning materials and supporting resourcesFacilitate Training logistics and learner engagement activities. Monitor participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback metricsSupport continuous improvement of learning and development programsDevelop and distribute communications supporting Growth initiatives and programs. Translate complex concepts into clear, employee-friendly communicationsCreate awareness campaigns that promote employee participation and engagementPartner with leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organizationSupport implementation and adoption of emerging tools and process improvements. Develop user onboarding resources, guidance documentation, and communication materials. Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunitiesPartner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users throughout pilot and rollout activities.
